This
is an invitation for artists, professional or amateur, to exhibit in the 42nd Annual Roswell Arts Festival on the Square in
Roswell, Georgia.
The
committee will limit the number of exhibitors accepted in each category. Applicants
must handcraft all merchandise – no exceptions. All artists must enclose
their fee of $200 with their application and a self-addressed stamped envelope for notification of space number. One artist per space. Your canceled check will serve as notification of your acceptance
into the show. Applications are a commitment to show, the cancellation policy
is as follows: after June 1st, 75% refund, after August 1st, 50% refund with no refunds after September 1st.

address, you will receive e-mail notification of acceptance into the festival.

Awards
for each of these five categories: 1st
Place, $150; 2nd Place, $100; and 3rd Place $50; Honorable Mention Ribbons, with no monetary prize,
may also be awarded. A Best of Show, selected from all categories, $300. All awards may or may not be presented at the discretion of the judges. Judging begins at 10:00 AM on Saturday. Awards will be announced
at noon on Sunday.
Ø Artists are solely responsible for collecting their sales, 7% sales tax and remitting
sales tax to the state of Georgia.
Ø Set up times: Exhibitors on the Square (Grass)
– After 3 PM Friday and Saturday morning. Friday afternoon setup is encouraged. Exhibitors
on the Street – Saturday morning only. Assistance will be available on
Saturday morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00
AM to help with unloading.
Ø If you are not set up by noon on Saturday your space may be reassigned.
Ø You will receive notification with your space number designating street or grass the first
week of September. There is no guarantee that you will
receive a requested space or that you will have the same space as in a prior year.
Ø Loading and unloading must be done on the Mimosa
Boulevard side of the Square.
Ø Security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights, however, the Festival assumes no responsibility
for loss of merchandise left overnight.
Ø Hostesses will be available during the show to assist the exhibitors.
Ø Single booth dimension: 10’ x 10’ (exhibits may not overextend space)
Ø No electricity provided.
Ø This is an outside event. Most spaces are
on natural ground, some are on roadway. Some spots are on uneven terrain within
the assigned space. Please come prepared.
