Information for Accepted Artists

If your check has been cashed, then you have been accepted into the show.

 

Informational packets will be mailed out during the first week of September. These packets will include your booth assignment, and will give details as to when you can set your booth up.

 

Also included in this packet will be a map of vendor parking and your parking pass. We will be parking at Barrington Hall, which is across the street from the Square. There is ample room for trailers to be parked here. Do not park your trailers in the parking along the square. We would like to keep this parking open for visitors who are handicapped or elderly. Be careful if you choose not to use our assigned parking area, as some businesses in the area may enforce towing. There will be a shuttle provided for artists on both Saturday and Sunday morning from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. that will take you from the parking lot at Barrington to the Square.

 

On the days of set-up (Friday afternoon or Saturday morning) your artist packet will be available at the gazebo. In addition, there will be Roswell Arts Festival Committee members on the square during the assigned set-up times to further assist you. This packet will include some general information as well as your booth number. Your booth number must be prominently displayed by 10:00 a.m. on saturday in order for your work to be judged. Please only set-up during your assigned time. Last minute preparations will be going on at the square and in the street during this time.
